Back in August, Connecticut's Department of Motor Vehicles granted extensions for vehicle registrations and driver's licenses due to the installation of a new computer system, that caused delays for various DMV services.
Now, the DMV reminds customers that the extensions are about to expire, prompting motorists to renew their licenses and registrations. The deadline is October 14, and the DMV says that those who fail to renew their documents by then, will be facing late fines.
