Due to the overwhelmingly high number of driver's license applications from illegal immigrants received recently, the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles has decided to stop accepting appointments for written exams at four local branches.
The DMV said that the offices in Norwalk, Hamden, Waterburry and Old Saybrook will no longer accept appointments from driver's license applicants under AB60, because they are not able to meet the huge demand.
